At the same time, we are located in the hiking and skiing center of the entire region and are therefore the ideal starting point for your summer and winter activities. Our house is on the northern edge of Mayrhofen in a sunny, quiet location and is only a few minutes' walk from the town center.

Our apartments
A total number of 10 apartments are available to our guests. 7 apartments for 2 to 7 people are located in the main building Haus Sonnenschein, 1 apartment for 2 people next door in Haus Viktoria and 1 apartment for 2-4 people in the centre of Mayrhofen.
Our holiday apartments are characterized by the Tyrolean country house style and convey a very special feeling of traditional, down-to-earth cosiness. All apartments have a safe, hairdryer, cable TV with 8 Sky programs, radio, shower gel & soap, bed linen, table linen and towels at no additional cost. Thanks to the new technology from Memon, the basis for a restful sleep with extremely low electromagnetic exposure is optimal.

In our cozy Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, you can really relax and look back on what you have experienced.
